Theirs is a romance that started on campus. What started as just being classmates turned into an amorous affair that was captured by our lens. Can you tell that they have been together for so long? It seemed that time only served to strengthen their commitment and heighten their passion. Call it perfect timing, because as these photos show, love really does shine through without much effort.

This shoot was special because it took place in the couple’s special spot. This is where Renen would take Reina whenever they have a petty fight! If the walls and the lake could talk, they would definitely tell us of the away-bati episodes and tampuhan moments that transpired between these two! But there was no LQ this time, it was all romance and peace all throughout. After many costume changes and exhausting all angles to get the perfect shot, they were still very accommodating and cooperative. Maybe there was indeed something about this place. Maybe it was not just the place where they resolve their differences, it was also a place where they strengthen their commitment. Maybe being back here reminded them of what happened before, and what lies ahead. Or maybe, just maybe, they enjoyed themselves and our company so much that the place now holds more peaceful and beautiful memories this time.

Just when we thought the shoot couldn’t get any more exciting, we were in for an awesome surprise. This couple definitely went all out on creativity and resourcefulness! We certainly didn’t expect that there would be waterfalls in the midst of the everglades! Excitement was on overdrive and we were all beyond thrilled. As we walked along the dirt roads, admired the rustic scene and followed these two eager lovebirds towards the hidden waterfalls, we were once again inspired to capture beauty in all its natural glory.

When you know that he or she is the one, you just pursue him/her without reason, logic, or hesitation. Maybe this is how this couple perceived Team DP, because that is exactly what they did. They must have felt in their gut that we were, in many ways, The One, who are better equipped than others to photograph them. We only met them on the day of the shoot, because they coordinated with Mauee, our friend from Magic and Styles. Moments after that meeting, we knew that it we were a perfect combination. They trusted us with the work and did everything we asked them to do, no questions asked. Indeed, they have found, and stuck with the one. Team DP couldn’t feel any more inspired than we already were. We were a perfect match!

Whenever this groom-to-be went in front of the camera, it was always to goof around. He would like to pull pranks on tourists who were taking photos of themselves in front of the famed churches in Italy. He would stay in the background and make a silly face! Luckily for us, he was not goofing around this time. He was with the love of his life and there were a lot of reasons to smile. This was no time for pranks and silly faces, this was time to show the world how happy he was that he was finally marrying the woman of his dreams.
